Being a Support Worker is an incredibly rewarding role, as you will be working directly with the people we support, helping to maximise their independence and develop their social and life skills.

We have Support Worker opportunities across many of our residential and supported living services in Wiltshire, Swindon and Berkshire, Thatcham, Newbury – working to support people and young people from foster carer needs.

As a Support Worker you will work directly with the people, we support with their daily activities e.g., Driving to school and activity both in the homes and social time out and about. The young people can communicate well and will need a person and emotional support in good remodelling of character that will reflect of the values of the Company of Care, Respect and Love, this will lead in helping them to live their lives independently. This will include both in the community and in their home, which they may share with other people.
